As president and CEO of Well Indeed LLC, Elisa Medina is an expert coach who can challenge your executives to examine their behavior and make necessary changes to help your organization compete and thrive in today's global business environment. Here's what you can expect:
- A meeting with company stakeholders to decide if coaching is the right solution for your senior staff.
- A thorough analysis of the problems and issues at hand and a strategy for solving them, including a timeframe for completion.
- Once it is determined that coaching is the best solution for a particular executive, coaching begins. Coaching goals and expectations are established. Sessions are conducted in person or over the phone 2-3 times per month, with unlimited e-mail support.
- If appropriate, tools such as a 360 degree feedback analysis will be made and incorporated into the coaching process.
- Follow-up session with executive and appropriate company stakeholders.
